The interior of this Bahamas Villa is all about family and friends coming together for conversation, meals and sharing the day’s adventures. The interior is also designed with the idea that everyone needs their private space, too.
The Bahamas home main villa’s gathering room is warm and cozy and inviting. The vaulted ceiling with timber arches and large double-sided fireplace add to the ambiance. The floors throughout are travertine and exotic hardwoods. The kitchen has cherry cabinets and granite countertops ~ a great place for cooking and conversation ~ and is the hub throughout the day with its breakfast counter and large open nook for casual meals and conversations. The dining room is perfect for formal occasions, but most Bahamian dinners are served on the covered patio where everyone can take in the picturesque evening sunsets over the bay.
The romantic, main master suite at this Bahamas home is its own separate villa. This octagon-shaped room takes advantage of the incredible views and includes a sitting area and master bath featuring a coffee bar, walk-in closets, double sinks, granite counters, and a double-sized, walk-in shower.
The guest quarters of this Bahamas Villa has two suites and a master suite with private terrace. It also has a family room and wraparound verandahs. Below the guest quarters are the caretakers’ apartment and storage garage.
The villa triplex is over 5,400 square feet and has three master suites, two bedroom suites and sleeps 10 to 12 very comfortably. Including the caretakers’ apartment and storage, there is close to 8,000 square feet total and around 6,000 square feet of covered outdoor living.
